Booking Conditions

Deposit requirements

Traveller will be asked to make a payment authorisation through Paypal which will be processed by one of Teamworkz staff within 24 hours.  For bookings on demand, once the booking is confirmed then the payment will be processed.  If the enquiry cannot be confirmed for any reason, Teamworkz staff will cancel the payment authorisation, meaning nothing further is needed to be done by the traveller and no charges will be processed.

Booking Cancellations

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply. A booking will be considered cancelled once the traveller has been informed of the change of status by Teamworkz. 

Payment
