About Us

Teamworkz were established by Lee  who first arrived in Thailand in 1997, while backpacking across SE Asia. After spending a several months here, Lee committed to spending one year working for a local ecotourism company in neighbouring Laos. Now, 10 years later, Lee's love and respect for the region lies unabated, and has led to a diversification of his business interests to sustainable tourism - Lee's desire is not only to share this wonderful part of the world with others, but to make sure others will still be able to experience and share in the love of this region for years to come.

Of paramount important to Teamworkz is to make sure that these destinations we live and operate in benefit from tourism as well. From what we do to how we do it, the principles of responsible tourism are embedded in our operations. 

Teamworkz are proud to say we are making efforts to try and improve the destinations we work in. While we still have a long way to get to where we want to be, we are travelling along the right path and would like to ask you, our clients, customers, suppliers and friends, to make this journey with us.

Teamworkz make every effort to minimise carbon emissions from our operations and offset the ones we can't through our own local carbon offset programme. We even offset the carbon emissions of our guests for any product they book through one of websites.
